Congratulations to Alex S. on winning his 3rd Perry Schools District Spelling Bee! He and second place winner, Izzabella, went 20 rounds before Alex won with the winning word, graphite, in the championship round. Coming in third was 4th grader, Penny C.

Congratulations to Mr. Bill Miller who has been named Cleveland Region District 10’s Instructor of the Year by the American Welding Society!

5th grade students listed ways they could connect with and make a positive impact on our community and created a grade-wide philanthropy project, Cookies for a Cause.

To wrap up their unit on ancient Greece, 7th graders worked on building community through friendly competition in their own Greek Olympics and by participating in activities organized by the Senior Center!

Recently, Athletic Director, Mr. TJ Rockwell, on behalf of Perry High School Athletics, accepted the OIAAA and OHSAA Bruce Brown Award of Excellence.

Our 8th graders had a great time visiting our nation's capital!
