6th Grade Visits the Art Museum

Posted Date: 03/20/26 (11:09 AM)

Last Thursday, 6th grade students visited the Cleveland Museum of Art for an immersive experience related to their Social Studies and Science Curriculum. All students worked with an art museum educator for an hour, visiting and analyzing art from Ancient Mesopotamia, Egypt, India, and China. Students were also able to complete a scavenger hunt, searching for pieces from specific civilizations and made of specific rocks or minerals. Bonus: Many groups had extra time to check out Monet, Van Gogh, Cezanne, the medieval armor, and many other exhibits. We had such a wonderful time!
