The Dancing Wheels Company Visits Perry Schools

This morning, we were proud to welcome The Dancing Wheels Company to Perry Local Schools for a special performance for our students and guests from area school districts!

As a physically integrated dance company, Dancing Wheels uses the power of dance to celebrate diversity, challenge perceptions, and demonstrate that artistic expression has no limits. Through their performances, they strive to:

- Enhance integration and diversity in the arts with works uniting people of all abilities
- Provide successful, independent and creative role models for those with disabilities
- Erase negative stereotypes about people with disabilities in professional careers, primarily in the arts.
- Instill greater understanding and professionalism in individuals of all ability levels.

We are grateful to The Dancing Wheels Company for sharing their incredible talent and inspiring message with our students. It was a wonderful performance and a meaningful opportunity to celebrate inclusion, creativity, and the power of the arts!
