YEARBOOK PHOTO & BABY PICS DUE DECEMBER 1ST

• Yearbook Photo should be emailed to Mrs. Hunter hunterj@perry-lake.org. Digital head/shoulder photos are preferred and should be a single shot of the graduating student only.
• Baby Pictures for the Senior Video should be emailed to Mr. Kellogg kellogga@perry-lake.org.

PAST DUE

• Diploma Information Sheet must be complete now! Turn your sheet into the PHS office or emailed to Mrs. Koch kochr@perry-lake.org. Diploma Information Sheets are available in the PHS office, located on the senior board outside the Media Center and on the Class of 2025 website.
