On May 10, 2025, there will be a walk to bring awareness of Tuberous Sclerosis Complex. It is near and dear to elementary teacher, Mrs. Darnell's heart as her daughter, Peyton, was diagnosed with this disorder at birth. When Mrs. Darnell posted about her on Facebook last year, she found out that a couple of her former students' son, Noah, was diagnosed with the same disorder!
