Mrs. Trefzger began serving on the Perry Board of Education in January 2020. She attended Ohio University in Athens and earned her degree in Management Information Systems in 1995. In 2006, she obtained a Master’s Degree in Education and teaching license from Cleveland State University. Mrs. Trefzger and her husband, Don, have resided in Perry since 2013 and are active in the community as youth sports coaches and volunteers. She spends her time working as a substitute teacher throughout Lake County and raising their four children, who attend Perry Schools.

In her free time, Mrs. Trefzger enjoys spending time with her family, reading and traveling.
